Non-U.S. Shipping Fees
Shipments to non-US addresses are charged the actual carrier fee when this fee exceeds our standard domestic shipping fee. This charge is calculated after checkout and added to your order prior to shipping. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship via USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International (typically 4 to 6 business days). In our experience, this option provides the best value and service to most destinations. If you select 2nd Day or Next Day service, we will ship via USPS International Express Mail (date guaranteed service -- usually 3 to 4 business days).

If you would prefer to approve the actual shipping fee, just put a note in the comment section during checkout. We'll inform you by email before shipping your order.

Note: You may be responsible for customs duties levied and collected by the destination government.

Return Policy

Return postage because of defective merchandise or shipping error is our responsibility. To request a Return Authorization and shipping instructions, send an email to customerservice@noslipstore.com. Specify whether you want a return or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in resellable condition and include original packaging.

For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
